BEYOND THE BAGGAGE!: WHO AM I WHEN IT'S ALL UNPACKED? Meet the author L'Tanya Watkins!
Readers are invited on a courageous journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Through honesty and powerful reflection, this book explores the emotional, mental and spiritual burdens we often carry-abandonment, abuse, anger, shame, and fear-and challenges us to confront what's been packed away for far too long.
With heartfelt storytelling, practical wisdom, and thought-provoking questions, Beyond the Baggage encourages readers to unzip the suitcases of their past and examine the contents with new eyes. What happens when you let go of what no longer serves you?
Who do you become when you finally set yourself free?
This is more than a book-it's an invitation to rediscover your true self.
