Discover the benefits of yoga right here at the library! Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time or looking to refresh your practice, this welcoming series is designed for every body, age, and ability.
Led by an experienced instructor, each class focuses on moving safely through postures with an emphasis on proper alignment to support and protect your joints. Together, we will explore the powerful connection between steady breath and mindful movement, leaving you feeling centered, refreshed, and more connected to your body.
No flexibility or prior experience required—just bring an open mind and comfortable clothes you can move in.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat or large towel
A water bottle
Any props you like to use (blocks or straps), though not required!
Make sure to consult with your physician prior to starting any exercise program.

The Finkelstein Memorial Library is a free public library founded in 1917, now serving 130,000 people in the East Ramapo Central School District of Rockland County, New York.
