Join us as we discuss the many adversities encountered when transitioning out of the military. We will cover the importance of not allowing your service to define everything about who you are, and why it is imperative that you take steps to move on with your life. We will discuss the processes of developing a deliberate plan and mentality that honors your service, but also allows you to move on with your life. Finally, we will talk through some methods, strategies, and best practices that you can use to cope, combat, and help with the common hardships of this stage in your life. This is part of the SITREP series moderated by SFC Alexander Stewart.
