Join us for an empowering and informative program dedicated to raising awareness about women’s heart health. This important session will bring together medical experts and a heart disease survivor to share critical knowledge about prevention, early detection, and self-advocacy.
We will discuss the #1 cause of death in women, the importance of knowing your key health numbers (blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar), and the warning signs that require immediate medical attention.
Participants will then hear a powerful personal testimony from Sharon Bond of the Heart Speaks Foundation, who will share her survivor’s story and speak about the life-saving importance of listening to your body and advocating for your own health.
The program will conclude with addressing the psychological considerations connected to heart health, followed by an audience Q&A session.
This program is designed to educate, empower, and equip women with the knowledge they need to protect their hearts and their lives.
