As a fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a distinguished fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, Dr. Merlo is at the forefront of expanding evidence-based
approaches to prevent, treat, and reverse psychiatric and behavioral disorders.
Her peer-reviewed articles and four books for healthcare professionals are grounded in science, drawn from psychology, psychiatry, and lifestyle medicine.
