Healthy Brain Aging: What To Know and Important Resources Available
Dr. Reichert and Andrew Orefice, from the Nathan S. Kline Institute, will be presenting about healthy brain aging and current research topics on dementia. This talk will cover topics including what is healthy aging, what lifestyle factors impact on aging and dementia risk, and an update on current research in the field. Dr. Reichert and Andrew will also provide information on the current treatments for dementia. Finally, they will cover the best free resources for seniors, from online programs for staying socially active to county-provided resources, including mental health services, transportation, and memory testing.
