Session 1 (December 19): Festive Holiday Gatherings
Celebrate the holidays with simply elegant dishes including a crowd-pleasing appetizer, a beautiful yet low-stress main dish, and a dessert offering that also makes a tasty gift. We will approach the busiest time of year with flavor and ease in mind as we prepare for the holidays together.
Session 2 (January 16): The Calm Kitchen
Welcome the new year with wintry recipe ideas, organization tips, and self-care ideas for cooks. Set the stage for a calm year of cooking and rejuvenate your love of weeknight meals. Along the way we will learn how to take care of ourselves in creative ways.
Session 3 (February 13): A Cozy Valentine Celebration
Discover festive recipes and joy-filled ways to enjoy the season of love and loveliness. In this class, we will explore ways to care for yourself and others with a special emphasis on food and cooking inspiration. Enjoy a fun cooking demonstration and plenty of recipe ideas as we take a fresh approach to Valentine’s Day.
Session 4 (March 13): Joyful Spring Cooking
Let spring inspire you to make new dishes perfect for snacks, lunch, or dinner. We will learn to incorporate plenty of produce into noodles, Vietnamese-inspired spring rolls, and more recipes that are enjoyable to make!

The Finkelstein Memorial Library is a free public library founded in 1917, now serving 130,000 people in the East Ramapo Central School District of Rockland County, New York.
